Creating portraits was the beginning to my
entering the field of art professionally. I've
completed them in a variety of mediums
and styles. Figures and people have always
been a central focus in my work and 2009
is the first year I've displayed my portraits
online.
As the year progresses, visit the site period-
ically to glimpse the gallery and other areas
of the site to see what's new. For portraits, I
incorporate graphite, pastel, watercolor, oil
and mixed media. Of course, as you see
here, the portraits are realistic, unlike the
other works on the site. On the right, the
president is a fairly loose likeness.
